“I don’t think you’ll ever see as many great women investors
or traders as men, period,” said billionaire Tudor Investment Corp. founder
Paul Tudor Jones, adding that children are the kiss of death for an investment
career. “As soon as that baby’s lips
touch that girl’s bosom, forget it.”
In reality, the small minority of funds run by women — about
16 percent — outperformed those of men last year, a study by accounting firm
Rothstein Kass found. But Jones — the
father of three daughters — apparently didn’t get that memo….
